01-july-2006 06:01 UT: If You use IRC coupon with Your direct QSL card, please check presence of STAMP on the left side of IRC ( and without another stamp on the right side!). We are recieving lot of the IRC's without this stamp. Such IRC's are NOT VALID and these QSL's we are delivering via the bureau.
05-jun-2006 10:25 UT: Most of direct QSL cards was sent.
31-may-2006 10:25 UT: First 100 direct QSL cards was sent today.
19-may-2006 23:45 UT: Callsigns of all recieved DIRECT QSL cards are stored daily in database of QSL requests. So after the sending QSL card by You via direct You can simply check exact date of recieving Your letter by the QSL manager. This information You can see in TB0DX ONLINE LOG under the STATUS OF QSL . Try it and You will see, how it works.
We assume, that QSL cards arrive from the printer work until 26-may and then first batch of TB0DX QSL cards will be send. Again exact date of sending QSL card to You will be part of the QSL status. All this additional work is simply automated by our QSL process software, which has connection to our WEB.

04-may-2006 17:17 UT: In ONLINE LOG You can check QSL status (date of recieving QSL via direct, email etc).
04-may-2006 11:17 UT: We are recieving now tens of Direct QSL Cards daily. After the return TB0DX crew home (approx. 3500 km by car full of gear) we make order for print of QSL cards as soon as possible and start distribution immediately. We will inform about it here.

Log does not contain any info about recieved QSL request yet. We will start to fill recieved QSL requests tomorrow.
If You are not in the log, please send
with data of Your QSO(s). We will try to make deep manual check for sure... But who is really not in the log, he get NO QSL, we are very sorry.
We are preparing story with lot of the pictures too.

30-april-2006 22:53 UT: Total number of QSOs until now: 17500. They want to go QRT at 1-st may morning. Many thanks to all for making QSOs.

28-april-2006 12:38 UT: During the first 22 hours of operation TB0DX has 4000 QSOs in the log. They are working mainly on 30-20-17m bands CW/SSB. They use 800W output power, beam antennas, two operating sites and have good sigs in USA and JA.
Between 26th April and 1st May 2006, group of radioamateurs Pavel TA2ZAF (OK1MU), Karel OK1DG, Slavek OK1TN, Ondra OK1CDJ, Vasek OK1DAA, Zdenek OK1FIA and Mirek OK2VZE, under special call sign TB0DX, is going to activate the island KOSRELIK. This island will be activated for the first time in history. The island belongs to AS-123, today's most wanted Turkish IOTA group. MIA reference number MTC-108, QRA KM66. The expedition will be working CW/SSB on 2 places. The main band will be 17m (5 el. Yagi + PA) and 20m (ANT HB9CV + PA). |

Our foundation OKDXF is planning to activate some of the islands which belong to Turkey between April 24 and May 5 2006.

We would like to express our thanks to Pavel OK1MU (at present TA2ZAF too) for his considerable effort with the organization of whole expedition. His long-term stay in Turkey provides good conditions for the expedition organization.
